Welcome Home

Our Story

Some of my most profound healing moments have come from being in community with others.

There is something sacred about being witnessed, held, and reminded that we don’t have to carry everything alone. In a world that glorifies individualism, we’ve been taught to do just that: to manage, to perform, to survive in isolation. We've lost sight of what truly supports us in thriving, being part of a healthy and connected community.

For Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and other communities of color, systems of oppression have disrupted the ways we gather, care for one another, and pass down our healing traditions. Our ancestors remind us, healing has always been a collective practice. We come from people who leaned on one another, who created rituals to hold grief and joy, and who knew that caring for the community was caring for themselves.

Ancestral Wellness Co. is a gentle reminder to return to those roots. A space to come home to yourself and to each other.

Our mission is to support individuals and communities in creating sustainable ways of nurturing themselves through collective healing spaces and herbalism. We build rituals rooted in ancestral wisdom. Inviting people to remember that rest, connection, and care are sacred practices.

This is our call back to community. To self-preservation. To embodied care.

Welcome home.

Our Values

The Heart of Our Work

At Ancestral Wellness Co., we don’t believe healing should be a one-time event. It should be a rhythm you can return to, again and again.

Sustainability is the heartbeat of everything we do. Whether we’re leading a workshop, offering herbal care, or creating space for reflection. Our goal is to support long-term care for ourselves, our communities, and future generations.

We teach practical, grounded tools that help people create nurturing practices they can actually sustain. Healing is not just about what feels good in the moment, it’s about what lasts.

Sustainability is also a bridge.
It connects the internal to the collective.
The ancestral to the present.
The ritual to the everyday.

By focusing on sustainability, we’re not just caring for ourselves, we’re building the foundation for a world where community care isn’t a dream, but a daily practice.
